ABOUT

Damon Robert Williams (He/Him) is a singer, actor, and dancer from sunny Huntington Beach, California. Growing up, Damon was always drawn to theater and film—his very first role was playing the Zoo Keeper in his 2nd grade class production of The Frog Princess Continued (hi Mrs. Zietius!!).

Although he loved the arts, Damon spent much of his childhood as a competitive swimmer and a proud Huntington Beach Junior Lifeguard. He dreamed of becoming an ocean lifeguard—until Christmas at age 15, when he received tickets to Wicked. From the moment the overture began, Damon was in tears, and he didn’t stop sobbing for the next two and a half hours. That night, he realized he was meant to be on stage. He dreamed of telling stories that allowed audiences to escape their everyday lives for a few hours, while also sparking conversations that deepen understanding of themselves, the world around them, and their impact on others.

Damon eventually put swimming and lifeguarding aside to pursue his new dream: becoming a working actor on Broadway. In March 2018, he committed to Syracuse University’s BFA in Musical Theater program, where he trained in singing, acting, and dancing, graduating in May 2022.

After graduation, Damon moved to New York City full time, where he has been actively auditioning while also working in real estate with Bond New York. Alongside that, he has performed at piano bars and cabarets throughout the city, and in April 2025 he began performing with Disney Cruise Line aboard the Disney Wish.

When he’s not working or auditioning, Damon is usually eating his way through the city, playing with his dog Ozzy, or relaxing at home binging a new series. When visiting family in California, you’ll often find him in the surf lineup with friends, walking the Bolsa Chica Wetlands, or sitting around a fire with his family. Damon is loving the life he is building in New York City—and he can’t wait to see what’s next.
